Pamela Anderson’s New Reality Show

It was announced Monday that Anderson, 40, will star in the new E! series Pamela. The show is not being called a "reality" show but is a "docu-style series." Randy Barbato, executive producer, said, "Pamela will be an artistically rich and visually stunning series. The series will offer and unprecedented look inside the life of one of today’s most iconic superstars in the style of a uniquely shot documentary film."

Per a network release, "Viewers will get to know the real woman behind the famous breasts and follow Pam as she tries to juggle love, career and peace of mind. Going beyond the fame and fortune, this is Pam at her core, living her life with no regrets." The show will not feature Anderson’s two sons with ex-husband Tommy Lee. E! executive producer promises the show will be a "wild ride." Anderson will join two other Hollywood Mom’s with their own reality shows. Denise Richards and Dina Lohan each have shows debuting on E! this summer as well.

Anderson is a former Playboy playmate that got her big break on the hit show Baywatch. She most recently annulled her two month marriage to Rick Salomon in March. She was married to rocker Kid Rock for four months in 2006 and was previously married to Lee from February 1995 until February 1998. They have two children – Brandon, 11, and Dylan, 9. Anderson said that she volunteers at her sons’ school doing safety patrol. Anderson said, "I’m a Mom – you have to do it and I love it."
