Pajamas are a ubiquitous part of every child’s life. A sleepover, also widely referred to as pajama party, is a party where a guest or guests are invited to stay overnight. Typically, children enjoy pajama parties and are usually combined with a birthday celebration or any other special occasion. Children indulge in playing indoor games, pillow fights, staying up late, chatting, watching movies or playing video games. Pre-teen and teens, especially girls, enjoy a night of doing girly things together like painting their nails and toes, applying make up on each other and anything that reads fun and enjoyment. In fact, like many other special events dedicated to a particular day, ‘Pajama parties’ are so prominent that ‘pajama party day’ is celebrated with gusto.
