Pages of Lost Memories

Please read!!!
Candles burn
As lonely tears fall
A page of lost memories
It's all she can recall
Flickers of light
Illuminates the face
Of a once happy girl
And now a ghost in her place
Memories remain
With a glow in her heart
Still in her soul
Wishing they weren't apart
A fake smile
A pretend glimmer in his eye
What can't he just talk to her?
Instead of her wondering "Why?"
The pages have now been turned
The memories are lost indeed
Now floating in a warm pool
The warms pool of tears of defeat
