Our Lovely Little War
What is the point of war? What is happening to us? Do we really hate each other that much?
Red rose petals dancing
With the black cherry tree
Ashes falling and prancing
Darkness is all we see
Mountains are cracking
Rivers are dry
The sky (sun) is lacking
Children cry
War is going on
Fighting and killing all around
Our families are gone
And no love to be found
Hearts aching with pain
Dreams are lost
Tears falling in vein
Dying at no cost
So let us march out
And freely kill our brothers
"Fire" we shout
Then die like all the others
We shall dance this dance of death
And we (have) falling so far
Taking people’s last breath
And blowing up cars
But what of those who don’t want to die?
What of those who want to live?
When did we ever lie (to you)?
Our lives we don’t want to give
With the black cherry tree
Ashes falling and prancing
Darkness is all we see
Mountains are cracking
Rivers are dry
The sky (sun) is lacking
Children cry
War is going on
Fighting and killing all around
Our families are gone
And no love to be found
Hearts aching with pain
Dreams are lost
Tears falling in vein
Dying at no cost
So let us march out
And freely kill our brothers
"Fire" we shout
Then die like all the others
We shall dance this dance of death
And we (have) falling so far
Taking people’s last breath
And blowing up cars
But what of those who don’t want to die?
What of those who want to live?
When did we ever lie (to you)?
Our lives we don’t want to give
