Oscar Predictions 2011

The stage is being set in Hollywood for the Oscar Awards 2011, that are to be announced in Academy Awards Ceremony on Sunday, February 27, 2011. This Oscar season, like others, is bound to be a mixture of glamor, glitz and politics. Almost all major nominations and awards are strong contenders for being the winners in this world's biggest film awards. Nonetheless, just like the Oscar winners 2010, wherein the most predicted Avatar was defeated thoroughly by The Hurt Locker, it seems even this Oscar may bring a hosts of surprises. In this context, the Oscar predictions for this year are interesting to note. While it has been formally announced in late November that Anne Hathaway and James Franco are to be the co - hosts of the awards ceremony of 2011, the announcements for Oscar nominations 2011 will be done on Tuesday; January 25, 2011.
