Organic Cosmetics

I am sure everybody must have heard that the right way to wear makeup is to ensure that it appears you are wearing none at all. That is one difficult task and it takes a lot of patience to learn. But this article is not about how to use makeup. Rather, I will be discussing the topic of organic makeup which has taken the world by rage. And it is about time too. We have seen what chemical based cosmetics have done to people and it is about time we take ample precaution and care and ensure that when we age, we do not show signs of becoming a dried out flower with absolutely no life left in the skin.

The alternate that is available to the new generation of today is organic cosmetics. Research and technology have helped produce cosmetics that do not contain any chemicals. Stores too sell purely organic cosmetics with no chemicals. Hence the only requirement from all of us is that we need to be a little alert and patient and look out for these products. I am sure that these products will not be available at every store but, I am sure that at the end of the day when you do get a chance to use the products and see the difference that it can make, you will agree that it was worth the effort.

Here are some reasons as to why you must choose organic cosmetics and makeup over chemical based cosmetics and makeup:

• The organic foundation creams are usually non-clogging that allows the skin to breathe as they do not contain oils or fillers which are responsible for clogging the skin. This is also the main reason as to why there is virtually no risk of allergy.
• Organic cosmetics have anti-inflammatory properties that helps keep the skin calm and even.
• As organic based products do not contain any harsh dyes, there is no possibility of direct ingestion.
• Organic based cosmetics do not contain talc. Talc usually dries up and makes the skin dull. It also slides off the face and falls into the tiny cracks on the face causing the lines to become prominent.
• There are added benefit as some organic products contain additional nourishing fruits and nuts oil.
• Organic based mascara contains products like jojoba oil and Shea butter that nourish the lashes. Some even contain beeswax that strengthens the lashes.

At the end of the day, it is important to understand that you cannot take any article including this one at its face value. After all it is your body in question over here.
