Only Him

And its getting hard for me to breathe
As I'm helping him to be with her
While I want him to be with me

Is this the price of friendship?
Helping!!
And watching him in her arms
Waiting to fall apart
And having an aching heart!!

Things are only getting worse for me
And every day he makes a step towards her
And says a word of love to her
Makes me fall harder and deeper for him

Him saying those words
Makes me wish that it was me who's been told to
He would have made my heart,, my soul .. smile
He would have lifted me up high

Yet she deserves him..
As she makes him happy!!
And I?
Well I'm not what he's looking for

For he doesn’t care for me the way he does for her
But my Hopes are getting high as maybe someday in future he'll be mine
Please God let me have patience
Because I'm losing it all!!

And don't let me build my life on fake hopes and dreams
As right now I'm betraying myself with this wide imagination
To satisfy my heart needs!!
For it needs him.. and only him!!
