One Mistake
Tyler this is the poem you inspired me to write. After you read it, saying you inspired this may be wrong. But it was what you said not what you do...
Scared of going home
That thought inside her head
The blood now outside of it
Her hair is turning red.
Bruises up and down her body
"Oops I fell," She said.
The perfect circle on her shoulder
As he lights up again.
"I'm sorry," were the words he used
After he was done
"I love you baby girl,
But something's are never fun."
Teachers ask questions
And children will always stare
But once her belly got big
They never stopped to care.
The abortion was the worst part
After that she was done
Emotions always in her head
But no one to understand how it began.
Always feeling lonely
Nowhere to feel safe
So she takes her own life
Nothing more than his mistake.
That thought inside her head
The blood now outside of it
Her hair is turning red.
Bruises up and down her body
"Oops I fell," She said.
The perfect circle on her shoulder
As he lights up again.
"I'm sorry," were the words he used
After he was done
"I love you baby girl,
But something's are never fun."
Teachers ask questions
And children will always stare
But once her belly got big
They never stopped to care.
The abortion was the worst part
After that she was done
Emotions always in her head
But no one to understand how it began.
Always feeling lonely
Nowhere to feel safe
So she takes her own life
Nothing more than his mistake.
