Cross the Obstacles
This is one of those office games that is not only fun but gives a lesson in teamwork as well. To play this game, divide the employees into two or three teams of ten people each. Next, choose one leader for each team and blindfold rest of the team members. In an empty space in your office such as a corridor, place some chairs, files, lamps, etc. Now, the leader has to guide his blindfolded team members from one side of the corridor to another without touching the obstacles that you have placed in their path. If any of the team members touches the obstacles, the entire team has to start all over again. In this office game, the team which is able to cross the obstacles with minimum attempts is the winner.

Jet Race
If you are looking for some interesting office games to play when bored, then this one serves the purpose well. Although, it may seem a bit childish at first, still it is all right to make a fool of ourselves once in a while to loosen up and relax, right? To play this game ask each of your co-workers to take a sheet of paper each and make an airplane out of it. Once they are done, ask them to stand in line against a wall. When you signal by waving your handkerchief, they have to fly their paper plane. The employee whose paper plane flies the farthest is declared the winner.

I Admire my Colleagues
This is the perfect game for employees, which helps in breaking ice and at the same time increase their bonding. To play this game, take a sheet of paper and cut out a big heart out of it. Next, ask all your co-workers to stand in a circle. Now, each of the employees has to say one good thing about any of their colleagues. It can be anything like how so and so person has helped them or a certain quality of their co worker that they admire. When they are saying this, they have to hold out the paper heart towards that particular person. Likewise, the game continues as the heart is passed on from one person to another. The game ends when any of the employees has nothing to say further.

Charades
Whether you are looking for an employee party game or a game to kill time in office, charades can be a lot of fun in either of the situations. To play this game, divide your colleagues into two teams. Now, ask one of the team members to come and draw something on a sheet of paper. The other team members have to guess what is that. If they guess correctly, they are given five points. Same way, the game is played with the other team too. In the end, the team with the highest points wins. The team which loses has to contribute money and take the winning team out for lunch.

Treasure Hunt
This is indeed one of the most funny games for groups of people, which can be played prior to Christmas or Easter or on any special event that you are organizing in the office. To play this game, hide a gift in your office. The gift can be your office t-shirts or stationery or anything else which the employees can use while working. Next, divide your office colleagues in two or three teams of ten members each. Now, each of the teams has to reach the gift through clues, that you have already been hidden at various places in your office. The team which reaches the gift first is the winner and shares it among themselves.
