The Odyssey for Balasubramanian

Balasubramanian, my father in law, was a great soul. A man with many good qualities .. the most striking one was his humility.

My first encounter with my father in law occurred on a beautiful day in May 1984. He wanted an assurance from me and he accepted it in silence.

We developed a beautiful relationship over the years as we went through many problems. No. They were not problems. They were experiences. Experiences which god gave us for whatever we deserved.

He had a beautiful background, learnt throughout his life, the Vedas and the Upanishads et all. He had probably understood the meaning for "Aham Brahmasmi".

He carried a halo with pride. Commendable was his love towards his wife to whom he gave himself.

The end came to him to his liking and he did not bother anyone. He slept to death on 15th April 2007.
