Ode to Love
I was feeling really anti-love that day
Love is merely an illusion that is placed before us as an escape for our daily hell.
Then why is love a hell all on its own?
Why does it hurt more than it helped?
Why does love end?
Because no illusion can last forever.
No matter how powerful the magic may be we cannot escape the inevitable end.
It comes swiftly and hurts forever.
But still the chase continues.
Why still running?
When you hit the dead end, the solid brick wall that there is no going around, don’t act surprised.
It was your own doing.
All of our human emotions do dictate what we think.
But only one controls what we do.
And we foolishly call it love.
