Note from Forbidden Story

I Need the Readers Help!!!!!!
I'm not sure if I gave enough meat for the story but I was wondering if any one had any suggestions on what should happen when Karen goes into Adrian's office. I have a bit of writer's block I usually post every couple days but I'm in a rut can you help me out it will be appreciated!!!!!!
