Note From Author of WGSDV and A Vampire & Her Angel....IMPORTANT
Could you guys please let me know as soon as possible? Thanks (:
Hey Guys and Girls.
I would just like to ask you all a big question.
I've been told by a few of you that A Vampire And Her Angel is not as interesting as Why Girls Shouldn't Date Vampires. I'd just like to say, that the reason for this is, simply because, I don't like this story as much as I like Why Girls Shouldn't Date Vampires, and because of that, it's more of an effort to write, whereas Why Girls Shouldn't Date Vampires just rolls right out without much effort and it still sounds good, and more people read and like it.
So, back to my question.
I'm giving you guys the choice here, to vote on which story you would rather me continue writing. If you'd like, I can disregard this note and continue writing A Vampire And Her Angel.
OR
I can ditch A Vampire And Her Angel, and start to post the new Why Girls Shouldn't Date Vampires.
So I'll give you a bit of information on each of the stories just as a recap so you can choose.
A Vampire And Her Angel:
The basic story line so far is that a newly turned Vampire, Maggie, has to be relocated from her hometown as everyone thinks she is dead. So, she moves to a little town outside Maine called Marlow Falls (which is a completely fictional place, I might add.) and it's there that she meets and develops a crush for Nick. Nick is a Fallen Angel, and by the law of his kind, has to kill Maggie, without hesitation. But after a while of getting to know her, Nick decided that he likes Maggie too much to harm her. Maggie feels the same way. Anyway, Maggie's aunt is killed as a reminder both her and Nick what is coming for them should they fail to kill one another. And still adamant that there is no need for death and that the two can co exist peacefully and in fact, in love, they decide to run. And run they do.
The storyline does continue from here, but I don't want to give anything away if this one is the one chosen to continue. If it doesn't get enough votes against Why Girls Shouldn't Date Vampires, then I will summarize everything that does happen in the end and post it so the story isn't completely left for dead.
Why Girls Shouldn't Date Vampires:
In the first book, main character Lilly, meets a young looking man and eventually comes to find out that he is her father....and that he is also a Vampire. For her safety, she, her best friend Scar, and her mother begin the trip to move back to her fathers home, where she will be safe. Unfortunately, on the way to their new home, the family come under atack and lilly's mother is killed. Lilly's father Ian is the Commander in the Royal Army and is soon the main suspect for the murder of his best friend, and king, Eric Bellamy. Eric's daughter Adrianne and Lilly and Scar become best friends. They attend the same academy, and get into all sorts of trouble together. Ian's name is eventually cleared and Adrianne takes her fathers place and is now Queen. Lilly soon meets Adrianne's gorgeous older cousin, James Cross. And swiftly falls in love with him much to Ian's dismay. Later on, Lilly's mother returns, and she is one of the "others". The others are the Vampires who oppose everything good, fair and equal. After a lot of fighting, Lilly's mom eventually kills Ian. This tears Lilly apart and the story ends with Lilly swearing revenge, leaving room for a sequel.
The sequel is the story I will be posting, as many of you have asked when it's coming out and what it will be called. I cannot yet, although I know myself, tell you what the sequel is going to be named.
So there you have it. If you haven't actually read either or my stories, just vote on whichever one of the story lines sounds better to you. And you can vote more than once, so vote for your favorite as many times as you like.
Whichever story has the most votes by April 30th, is the story I will be posting. So yeah, happy voting. (:
Lots of Love and Appreciation,
Janna xoxo.
