Not Like My Fairytale Life: Chapter 2 (Part 1)
We don't need sugar, flour or rice or anything else. We just want to see our dear ones. - Hafiz of Persia.

"Wake up Risa." Said her mother, trying to wake her up. But Risa just tossed and turned on her bed.
"Risa wake up. Your daddy going to drive -"
"Daddy!" She exclaimed, fully awaken on hearing 'daddy', sitting on the bed.
"Daddy, daddy, daddy," she screamed happily running downstairs.
Risa loves her dad or should we say "daddy" very much. Yes, she does love her mother, but everyone is aware of the father-daughter bond.
Risa saw her father standing in the living room with a big smile.
"Daddy." She said as she hugged her father. "I missed you so so much."
"I missed you too, angel." Said her father as he hugged her back.
"I'm really happy to see you back, daddy." Risa said as they pulled back.
"So, you were not happy with me." Risa's mother, Aliza said while folding her hands on her chest and looking sad.
"No, I was happy, but I am happier now," said Risa as she tried to defend herself, and both her parents burst out laughing.
"Risa, go and get ready. Today I will drive you to your school," said Risa's father.
She nodded and went upstairs.
"Risa is so happy seeing you." Aliza said, with a smile.
"Yes I know. I am too happy to see her," replied her father with the same smile.
"You should spare some more time for her. She is growing up. She need more care now." She said, as both she and her husband sat on the couch.
"Yes I know that too, but work is also important. Not that it's more important than her but still I have to because it is for her," he said, a bit tensed up. Karl Harvey is a business man, so it's obvious for him that he gets less time for the family. Lately due to a new project he is getting much busier then ever and frequently he had to go abroad, leaving his beloved wife and daughter alone at home.
After a few minutes of silence Aliza spoke up "So, um, did-did you miss me?" She asked hesitantly, with a little hope in her voice.
"Why are you asking this?" Karl asked intentionally, knowing clearly that she would get embarrassed by this.
"Um, no, I-I- just leave it. I should go and make breakfast," she said and stood up.
She was getting ready to leave, when Karl pulled her hand, making her sit on the couch, and pulled her into a tight hug.
"I did miss you, silly." He said laughing" after 15 years of marriage, you still hesitate even to ask me if I missed you or not. How couldn't I? After all I left my beautiful wife here."
Aliza just smile and hugged him back, resting her head on his shoulder.
Upstairs, their little lovely daughter was silently witnessing the bond between the couple from the gap of the doorway. She closed the door without any noise from inside and leaned her head on it, smiling." Life cannot be more fabulous then this," she thought. And went away to get ready.

Comment Replies:
Lucy: Thank god you liked it. I thought nobody would. And yeah it's not a flashback. That part is when Risa was 8 or so. It just to give you some idea about her nature since none of my chapter contains any kind of description about the characters. And about Kai, he doesn't have much to play now but would be shown later when the right time comes.
Parina: Thank you for liking it. And don't worry I won't stop unless the story is complete.
Jordan: thank you. And if you get confused somewhere, then you can ask me anytime. And keep reading.
Fatty: Thank you. I saw your comment on my intro chapter. Hope you have read the rest.
Bella Lanick: Thank you & be patient you will get to the story soon. And not to worry this story is bit different.
Alexandra: Thank you very much for the compliment. But I don't think I am the best writer. I think I am just an average. There is still lot to learn. Still thank you very much. And you mention about writing a story. Do tell me your author name; I really want to read yours.
Zoey: Thank you and keep reading please.
To my other readers: Please guys do comment or at least just type your name so that I could know that you guys are at least reading and want me to write. And thanks to all of you for reading.
