Cherry Cheesecake Recipe from Scratch
Ingredients
- 1¼ cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
- ¼ cup sugar
- Graham Cracker Crust
- ¼ cup margarine, softened
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 (12.5 ounce) can cherry pie filling (or other filling of your choice)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Mix the sugar, cracker crumbs and margarine together in a bowl. Mix well, until they are well incorporated and also crumbly. Press the mixture into a pie plate and try to go up sides, as much as you can. Now take a bowl and mix together sugar, vanilla and cream cheese. Beat until spreadable and smooth. When smooth, add in whipped cream and mix until smooth. Now pour the cream cheese into the prepared crust. Smoothen it with the help of a spatula and refrigerate for about 2 - 3 hours, until it is firm. After it gets firm, spread the cherry pie filling over the top of the cheesecake and again refrigerate until serving.

- 1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (21 oz) can cherry pie filling
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened at about room temp
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup lemon juice
- 6 oz graham cracker pie crusts
Take a medium-sized bowl and beat cream cheese into it, until light and fluffy. Next add in sweetened condensed milk. Beat and add in vanilla along with lemon juice and mix well. No Bake Cheesecake with Cake Mix
Ingredients
- 2 tbs sugar
- 2 cans (21 ounces each) cherry pie filling
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 1 - ½ cup cold milk
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 package (11.1 ounces) no-bake cheesecake mix
- 1 graham cracker crust (9 inches)
- 2 cups whipped topping
Mix butter, cheesecake crust and sugar together. When well blended, press onto a 9 inch pie plate, on the bottom and also up the sides. Refrigerate. Now take another big bowl and beat milk and cheesecake in it at medium speed for about 3 minutes. In another small bowl, beat confectioners' sugar and cream cheese until smooth and then add cheesecake mixture and beat well. Now fold in the whipped topping. Spoon only half of the cheesecake mixture into the chilled crust and the remaining half mixture into the purchased crust and refrigerate for about an hour. When chilled, top each with pie filling and serve. You can also chill it before serving.
Cherry Cheesecake Pie Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 (9 ounce) container frozen dessert topping
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 prepared graham cracker crust
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (19 ounce) can cherry pie filling
Blend sugar and cream cheese together. When neatly blended, fold in dessert topping and then press into the cracker crust. Now spread cream cheese mixture up the sides. About 1 inch wide ring of cream cheese mixture should be around the pie. Pour the cherry filling into the center and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, before serving.
