Night Sweats Treatment

Night sweats or hot flashes is a condition, where an individual experiences too much sweating during nighttime, which can be either a harmless condition or an indicator of certain illnesses. Its treatment basically depends on the underlying cause.
Sweating excessively during the night, even when the surrounding is not too hot is termed as night sweats. Such excessive sweating during the nighttime can sometimes even soak or drench the night-clothes or bedding of the sufferer. Night sweats among women during menopause is quite common and it can be treated with hormone replacement therapy.
