Nicole Kidman Slams Pregnancy Rumors

It was recently reported by the U.K.’s Daily Mail that Kidman and Urban were expecting their first child. The tabloid claimed that Kidman told her family and friends over Christmas that she is three months pregnant. Her Australian rep dismissed the rumors saying, "It’s incorrect. She must have had 30 babies by now."

Kidman, 40, is reportedly in Australia filming Australia a film by Baz Luhrmann and co-starring Hugh Jackman. Kidman’s rep confirmed that she was in Australia filming a movie and said, "She and her family are in Australia. She’s happily ensconced away somewhere having a few days break. It’s the silly season. As far as we’re concerned, it’s another rumor out of London."

Despite the denials from Kidman’s camp, a family friend claims that the story may not be so far from the truth. The "friend" said, "She did have a small baby bump a month ago, so it would be reasonable that she’d now be three months and telling her friends and family." Kidman and Urban met in January 2005 and the couple was married in Sydney, Australia on June 25, 2006. She was previously married to actor Tom Cruise from 1990 – 2001. She and Cruise have two adopted children – Isabella, 14, and Connor, 12. In an interview this year, Kidman did reveal that she was three months pregnant when she and Cruise split and that she eventually suffered a miscarriage. She also revealed that she had had an ectopic pregnancy in the early stages of her marriage to Cruise.
