Nick Hogan Not Licensed to Drive
Nick Hogan’s driver’s license has been suspended for one year after being determined to be a dangerous driver.

Florida State officials suspended Hogan’s license after his August 26th accident that left a friend comatose. Ann Nucatola, a spokeswoman for the Florida Department of Highway Safety & Motor Vehicles, said in a statement, "We have the ability to suspend someone’s license if we believe what they could be convicted of is a potential danger should this person remain on the road. We’ve deemed him dangerous to the general public on the road." Hogan’s license will be revoked on December 10.
Hogan, 17, was charged with third-degree felony reckless driving involving serious bodily harm, as well as use of a motor vehicle in commission with a felony, being under the age of 21, operating a vehicle with a breath-alcohol level of 0.02 percent or higher and illegal window tint. In order for Hogan, real name Nick Bollea, to avoid losing his license completely he must pay an undisclosed fine for driving over 100 miles per hour at the time of his August crash.
Hogan was driving on August 26 with pal John Graziano, 22, in the passenger seat. Hogan was reportedly drag racing a friend when he lost control and crashed his car into a tree doing 106 miles per hours. Hogan was reportedly wearing his seatbelt at the time of the crash and suffered minimal injuries including a broken arm, broken ribs, and neck and knee injuries. Graziano was reportedly not wearing his seatbelt and suffered a broken skull. Brain swelling reportedly has left Graziano in a coma since the crash and he is allegedly not expected to ever recover.
