New Road 5
All I could see was them, the perfect couple, together forever.
"Rose it wasn't what it looked like I swear" he rushed toward me and tried wrapping his arms around me, but I pushed him back.
"Ok then what was it" I looked at his sad face. "Well..... I wasn't selling drugs or anything; Amy just needed them, the pain was too much for her, and she just needed some relief"
"Wait what?" I looked at him confused. "Well you did run of because you saw me hanging out with the junkies didn't you?" he replied confused.
"Uh, no." I looked at him, he looked completely confused. "You had your arm around a guy" I said slowly.
His eyes suddenly went clouded, "That's my girlfriend, she just went though chemotherapy, so she lost her hair" his eyes were sad, angry, confused and hurt all at the same time.
"Oh" was all I could, I can't believe I was so selfish and judging. " You should learn not to judge situations Rose, stop being so shallow and selfish. For once look beyond just you" he whispered angrily before walking away. I knew I should go after him and apologize, but my feet didn't move.
After a while, frozen on the spot, I decided to find out where Matt lived and go to his house, maybe he was home. I ran to the office and asked the office lady the address, and then I was on my way to 96 Roudiy St.
When I reached his house, I could hear his guitar through the top window, just below the window was a ladder leanly on the house.
Figures his parents hadn't noticed, I laughed inside my head
Slowly climbing up the ladder, his amazing voice drifted through the window. It was beautiful but sad at the same time.
Just as I was about to climb in, I noticed Matt singing to the person who I saw him with before, his girlfriend
"Are you afraid of being alone, cause I am, I'm lost without you
Are you afraid of leaving tonight, cause I am, I'm lost without you"
She was crying sitting on the bed across from him, while he sat on the chair singing to her, they looked beautiful together. At a closer look, you would see she was beautiful, with a red beanie on, she looked like she was meant for Matt
A pang of jealousy rocked through my body, as I climbed down the ladder. That could have been me, I thought.
I quickly jumped of the ladder, and ran home; I couldn't see where I was going. All I could see was them, the perfect couple, together forever.
Tears clouded my vision, it was all my fault. Matt was right I was selfish, I shouldn't be jealous of them. After all it was me who left him.
It was me who moved to another country and left Matt all on his own.
I was the one who didn't want to face telling Matt I was leaving, and left without saying goodbye.
I was the one who didn't answer his calls or reply to his texts because I couldn't face telling him goodbye.
It was, me.
I heard the screech of tires, I saw a blinding light hit my eyes, and the world went black.

Thanks for the idea Rebby! I was going to do the whole dare thing, (Great minds think alike lol) but then this idea hit me. So I'm hoping it will make it a tad more dramatic. I'm trying to make the chapters a bit bigger, but that might take awhile, sorry :(
