New Construction Lowers Houston Apartment Rents October Update

In my last article I discussed the specific areas the new apartments were built and what the average rent price was and rental concessions. I just found the master list from my source and the numbers are shocking!

Last 12 months alone 69 total apartment buildings have been erected that's 19,439 in the city of Houston! That's insane because that meant more jobs were created and more demand for raw materials.

As far as my network goes I have contacted a few Residential Apartment Construction companies and they can set you up as a vendor if you want to bid on some of there projects. You can contact ezzyliving and I will pass on your information to them.

I cannot disclose the names of the management or construction companies but, I can tell you that pretty much every neighborhood in Houston has been affected by the new additions of available units and that means great deals for apartment hunters and unfortunately lowers rents have to be offered by these management companies.

33Thirtythree Apartments off of Weslayen n Greenway Plaza and Camden Travis in Midtown are 2 examples of apartments nearing or completed and ready to lease up! Gables Memorial Hills is near completion and leased up several floors of there high rise on memorial drive. While completing interiors of last few floors they are offering several months free rent that won't last long after lease ups are filled. Explosive growth of new apartments in Houston is exciting news for new apartment lookers and as a downfall if we don;t see new job creations sooner we may see apartments halt construction and or abandoned projects.
