New Beginnings - Ch.2

She is at the other world, and then she meets her tutor...
The other side was completely different that what I thought it would be. It seems like everything was brighter, lovelier, and happier here. Everyone looks like typical human beings, which I thought was awsome, can go to the human world without the hassle.
We got to Town Hall to get my records all sorted and then finding me a tutor. Supposively, we can change our names once we're twenty-one, but I wanted to keep my name, it's like a ring, never want to take it off.
"Amanda, here are the tutors list here," mom pointed to the list on the window. "Mmm, this one sounds interesting?"
I glanced through the list, and spotted one name out of twenty that seems to stick out the most; Aaron Kelvin.
"Mom, I want Aaron Kelvin as my tutor, if you don't mind."
"Sure thing. You're the one that needs the training, not me. Lets get his phone number and see when he's available."
My mom whipped out her cell phone and quickly dialed the number. She walked to a corner of the room.

I am and will be always impressed how my mom can manage to get things do in small amounts of time. The thing that shocked me, cell phones work here?
"Alright, Amanda. I got a hold of him, and there is good and bad news. Good news is that he can train you, but the bad news is that he has a weird scedule. You'll have to live with him for awhile, but that shouldn't be a problem. As long as you get the proper training, I'm happy."
"I know, so when am I suppose to meet him?" I asked.
"In an hour or so, so we need to get your wardrobe and other thing before then."
Time flew, shopping for new clothes and other things that I needed. My mom looked so happy, that it made me happy too.
We walked down the street and we stopped in front of an apartment building. The thing was, it gave me chills.
"Here you go, Amanda. This is where your tutor lives at. I am hoping to see you sometime soon, but with training and all, I really don't know when. Good luck daughter, you'll need it," my mom softly said.
"You don't want to come in?" I asked.
"I can't. It's forbidden to go into a tutors house when you're not being tutored. You'll understand the laws here," she whispered and gave me a hug. "Do your very best, and don't let him make you angry," she smiled and walked away.

I glanced at the apartment building and heavily sighed. I walked up the steps and entered the building. There is a grey haired man at the front desk, smiling.
"How may I help you?" he asked.
"I need to know where Aaron Kelvin's room is at," I replied.
"He lives on the sixth floor, room 666. Be careful, he's a tidbit different."
His warning made my stomache flip. I slowly walked over to the elevator and pressed the button, the doors opened automatically. I punched in the six button and the door shut. The elevator is smooth and unnoticeable. The doors quickly opened to my surprise.
I slipped out of the elevator, and walked down the hallway, hoping to see room 666 here soon. I went to the end of the hallway and found the door.
"Here it goes," I muttered.
I knocked on the door, nothing. Nothing sounded like it was moving on the other side of the door. I knocked again, but harder, nothing again. I started to lose my patience and suddenly the door opened.
"Hello?" a guy said. "You must be Amanda for training, good. Your things are already here, and we start training in an hour."
I couldn't believe my eyes. This guy is probably four years older than me, he had gorgous sky blue eyes, fluffy brown hair, my God, he's hot.
"Alright," I softly said, feeling my heart rate increase each time he talks. "Can I come in?"
"Sure thing, make yourself home here," he let me slip in and I quickly glanced at him. He's slender, but well muscled, and the way his mouth moved and his lips; he's my tutor, not a date!
"We'll go over the basics here soon, just get yourself comfortable and I need to finish my work," and then he went to the other room.
He's amazing! I hope I can control my emotions and learn at the same time.
