Never Knew - Chapter 2, Part 1
Still a little sad beware... pic of the rescuer.

I woke up in a white room with a faint beep, beep going on and on. When I finally get my gatherings I turn my head to examine the room. It was excruciating to do so but I wanted to figure out where I was. It took a while to figure out where I was. Then I notice a man sitting there in a chair sleeping. Series of questions popped into my head... Who am I? why am I here? Who is he? What time is it? Why am I so sore? Then I hear a doctor walk into the room and said. "It's good to see you awake. You gave us quite a scare. Can you give me your name and date of birth, this man doesn't know it and I sure don't either."
"Um, I don't know Lucy... that sounds familiar... Tory? That kinda does too..." I said trailing off knowing that it is pathetic I can't even remember my name.
"Okay can you tell me what four plus four is?" He asked.
"Yea it's eight right?" I asked unsure.
"Correct!" He says.
I was so out of it, I just started to go back to sleep.

---Mystery Man---
This has been a troublesome week. First the kids breaking and entering then the car and then this happened. Why is it me that all the trouble is attracted to? "Well she is awake if you want to go see her." The doctor said walking into the waiting room.
"How is she?"
"She is in stable condition..." He trailed off.
"What is wrong then?"
"What makes you think something is wrong?" He asked worriedly.
"You trailed off, you look nervous. Trust me I know how to tell."
"Can I ask you what your previous job was?"
"That's changing the subject and no you may not."
"Ok... well she has memory loss right now. We can't test for blood results and we basically can't do anything. It's way too risky so we just have to go through it as we go. Do you have any idea where she can stay?"
"Yeah, she can stay at my house." I blurted out before I even knew what I was saying.
"Perfect she can be released tomorrow." He said as he walked away.
