LAST PART GUYS!!
Father Eagon walked with Evrick and I up to my bedroom, Emerie was right behind us but he of-course couldn't see her.
"It doesn't feel right in here." he whispered. He was right, Cam was fuming all crouched up in the corner of my room looking definitely like a ghost from a horror movie, with the circles under his eyes so purple and deep. His skin reflected light he was so pale and his hair was dark, really making his pale skin pop.
"He can't make me leave." he growled and we all pretended not to see him.
Father Eagon started with an opening prayer. The room immediately began to feel lighter. 10 minutes into the blessing I could feel this was going to work. I took hold of Evricks warm hand and squeezed it for reassurance. "Thank you." Emerie whispered and I turned just in time to see her disappear in a body of light. I had to admit I was sad to see her go. Tears prickled my eyes warning me to stop feeling emotions or they would fall.
Cam was clutching his hands, resisting. He ground his teeth and clutched on to my nightstand as if it was going to anchor him to the floor. "No! If I go so does she!" All of a sudden he lunged at me. It felt like a concrete block had just hit my chest and I sailed up in the air as he held me by my collar against the wall, my feet of the ground.
This made Father Eagon notice Cam. I was freaking FLOATING! "In the name of the Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit I command you to release that lamb of god!!" Father touched my forehead with a cross and splashed holy water on me. And with one final scream Cam disappeared.
Everything was calm. The wind was blowing lightly as the room became brighter. The air was not as heavy and it smelled of roses. I hugged Father Eagon thanking him. After he left I leaped into Evrick's arms who spun me around. "We did it!" he shouted.
"Yes!!" I crushed my lips to his in a victory kiss. "We did it." my horse voice echoed. He grinned his ear to ear. "I love you Ricky."
"I love you to Riella. So, so much." That night, I gave myself to Evrick. We finally made love. It was like nothing I had ever felt before. So intimate and loving. I knew Evrick was the one I wanted to be with forever and ever.
*************Epilogue****************
It has been 5 years and Evrick and i are happily married. We have a son, Luke, and a daughter Emerie named after...you know who. Emerie can see spirits just like I can. But Luke can only hear them.
We are a happy little ghost seeing/hearing family. Evrick is still the love of my life. I pray for Cam every night and beg for him to be in a happier place. I know he has a good soul even though he made bad decisions. Cam was..... a different kind of boy but he still deserved happiness.
And Emerie, she must be my guardian angel. She has to be. Every time now and then Ill see a girl who looks exactly like Emerie, white blonde hair, wearing all white, and almost clear eyes, out of the corner of my eye. Only this girl has a set of wings.
Evrick is still goofy Evrick. I love him to death...no pun instead.
