Never Again

I thought I was in love
I am still in love
He hurt me bad and doesn't treat me right.
Why does he have to talk down to me?
And why does he have to turn things around?
Why can't he just apologize and make everything better?
He used to make me feel like I was so beautiful
And he used to say he loved me just because.
Why did he have to change
Maybe it wasn't meant to be.
Now I won't let him make me feel like I was wrong
He won't make me feel like I was the cause of all of our problems
Never again will I allow myself to be hurt by him.
