Anxiety is indicated through different signs like irritability, inability to converse, headaches, pacing or constantly thinking negative thoughts. Fatigue and lethargy, accompanied by a change in the consumption of food, is often noticed. Depression and withdrawal from social life is also another anxiety symptom that is observed in a nervous person.

Changed and unhealthy lifestyle is one of the prime causes of these symptoms. Anxiety is a result of stress from work pressure, competitive atmosphere at schools and tensions and uncertainty about the future.
