The physical or external symptoms that the body starts showing include sweating, pale skin, nausea, trembling and dilation of pupils. Panic attack is also one of the nervousness and anxiety symptoms. A panic attack is a point, where the person is not able to cope with the anxiety. The panic attack is characterized by extreme fear and irrational increase in the symptoms of anxiety and nervousness. Anxiety is depicted through many different signs like irritability, inability to converse, headaches, pacing or constantly thinking negative thoughts. Fatigue and lethargy, accompanied by a change in the consumption of food, is often noticed.
