Need to Lose Weight Fast? How to Lose 9 Pounds Every 11 Days
Arg. The Freshman Fifteen, the Newlywed Nine…erm…Newlywed Nineteen. You’ve heard it called a million things but the fact is that there is no nice way to say you’ve gained weight. Cutesy names only soften the blow.
So, let’s get serious here. You need to lose weight. You need to lose weight fast. Okay, maybe you have a little time, maybe a few months or so before a deadline like a pool party or vacation, but if you’re like most of us, you’d like to show up at the office on Monday ten pounds thinner.
And you’d like to feel that you haven’t starved yourself into an immediate eating binge, and you’d like to feel that you didn’t have to exercise until even your sweat called out for mercy.
