Nail Care for Men

For most men, nail care does not stretch beyond trimming the nails short. However, there is always more that men can do to maintain healthy fingernails.
The basic nail care for men involves regular grooming and following a well-balanced diet. Nails, according to medical experts, serve as an indicator for a person's overall health. Nails that are brittle and discolored may indicate that something is not really right. But whenever we talk of nail care, we only think of women or let's say feminism. For men, caring for their nails merely involves cutting them short. However, there are some who do take adequate measures in maintaining healthy fingernails and keeping them in good condition too. But then, if we go by most society norms, such men become a subject of mockery; if you know what I mean! But what most people fail to realize is, taking care of nails by keeping them in good shape, and making them look presentable, is just one of the requirements of basic personal hygiene. And I do not believe, maintaining a healthy hygiene is something to mock at or to be regarded with disrespect.
