The MySpace Revolution

One of the biggest popularity explosions to occur on the internet involves Myspace. Myspace has grown into a huge community that almost everyone in the world is a part of. It is an international me page phenomenon.

Your co-workers have one, your boss has one, your next door neighbor has one, grandpa has one. The point here is that everyone has one. It is not exclusive to only a certain type of person like young people. Even celebrities have Myspace pages and they visit it regularly.

It's become like checking email. Some people get jittery if they have not checked their email in a few days. It's like that cup of coffee every morning. Can't go without it. So is Myspace. Some people can not go a day without going to Myspace to check out their page and if any interaction has taken place.

For others Myspace is about art. If you go to their page you see all kinds of images, colors, backgrounds and modifications that they have made. People spend hours to make their page look for ridiculous then the other guy. This is instead of trying to figure out how to use the internet to make an income for themselves.
