My so called Friends

Poem about people who pretend to be your friend but really talk smack about you when you’re not looking.
My So Called Friends
Friends are people who love and care about you,
They stand up for you, they sometimes they give you good advice,
And when you’re down they hug you tight and tell you that it’s okay.
But not my friends... if you ask them how does my hair look they’ll lie and
Tell you it’s perfect when they know it’s ugly,
The tell you your outfit is perfect for that dance when they know you look tacky,
They talk behind my back when I’m turned the other way,
They would give you the wrong homework assignment deliberately, they would tell lies about you.
Don’t make the same mistakes as me choose friends who you can trust choose friends that are true to themselves and you
