My~Prison
This is an update of an old poem, I added some color to it ;)
You don't remember me but I remember you.
You, the real me trapped inside a now existing fool.
Break free I must, from my misguided fate.
My old path only brought pain and hate.
I can't stand it any longer, I must break free.
I must leave this pain behind and flee.
God damn it why is it so hard to think straight.
Every choice I made, made me irate.
The end draws near and seems imminent.
To leave this life by death seems a compliment.
True consciousness trapped inside a second me.
Both of which only subdued, by a number three.
Three versions of me with different intentions.
Attacking each other with reoccurring interventions.
My prison makes Alcatraz seem elementary.
Balled and chained, every moment a century.
I must, must escape or face the end.
Success or death, one rule I can not bend.
God hear my cries and see my tries.
With your power, please unblind my eyes.
You, the real me trapped inside a now existing fool.
Break free I must, from my misguided fate.
My old path only brought pain and hate.
