My Prayer

God please cleanse me of all my character defects.
I beg for you to please rid me of my shortcomings.
I plead for your forgiveness for all of my sins.

I ask that you guide me on my life journey.
I humbly ask that you protect my loved ones.
I am looking for the power to forgive others

I am in need of a nudge in the right direction.
So I can live a righteous life, and learn to love.
I ask for the power I will need to help others.

So that eventually I can bath in the light of heaven.
Please place your hand in mine, and bless my soul.
