Chapter 10 - Kidnapped
I woke in a very dark room. Then the lights went on. That’s when I saw this familiar place. It reminded me of my camping trip. I still remember the bed that me and Amabel which her name means lovable. She was lovable alright, but we were never in harmony. She always gets angry at me when the guys talk to me not her. Those days were so much fun. I wonder where she is now but why did they took me here? And why am I all tied up? This hurts. What a nightmare can this be. I can hear footsteps. It’s coming here. She’s a girl. She’s opening it. I recognize that voice it’s Veronica’s. She looked at me. She was smiling evilly.
I just looked at her angrily. "Well… I see, we're awake now. How was your sleep?" She just laughed at me. "Why are you doing this to me?" I asked her. "Simple. Revenge. Duh!" She stopped twirling around and she looked at me deep in the eyes. "…But why? What did I ever do to you?" I asked her confused. She just laughed evilly. "Look into my eyes maybe you’ll remember me." I followed her orders. I was shocked. It couldn’t be. There’s no way. "Amabel?" I said. "Ding, ding, ding! Good. You still remember me." She raised her eyebrows at me. "Why are you doing this? What I did that was so bad." I asked, she keeps on walking back and forth, back and forth. Ugh! "Simple. I’m gonna steal your boyfriend." She laughed. "Why? How?" I asked her again.
"Well… because you stole mine. Idiot!"
"What? I didn’t steal your boyfriend!"
"Oh, really?"
"Yes, I - I mean no, I didn’t steal Markus from you. He was head over heels for me, and I always avoided him. Always. And besides, he was the one who kept following me."
"Whatever! Still the same. Now I’m gonna steal yours."

I mean MY organization!" She laughed evilly then she left. I tried to cut the strings but they were too tight. I am not gonna give up for that low life bitch! I nudged my hand more, and the knot became tighter. C’mon. It won’t budge. I looked around and I saw a knife. ‘if only I can reach it.’ I tried to fall down to reach it. But somebody’s coming and he’s rushing he opened the door.
Well... I guess this is the end. "Cynthia?" It was peter! "Peter! Over here!" I whispered. "Oh... good there you are. Hurry Cynthia!" He said. He was still a nerd. But he was my friend. "Thank you Peter." When I got out from the rope I hugged him then he blushed. "Now go!" I nodded then I flew out to the sky. I can see Veronica… Uhh... I mean Amabel’s bus! She’s going to the city! I can’t let her do her final step. Not that Xander’s already falling for her. I won’t let that happen. When I went to the city. They were already in the headquarters.
