My Happiness

An abstract poem; hidden is reality.
My love, where are you?
My heart has ceased to beat without you.
I look into the mirror; the image I find is yours?!
Every footstep I hear seems to be yours.
Day appears to be very long, never ending.
Nights terrify me with dreams that are scaring.
Good thoughts appear to be cross with me.
They too seem to be depressed like me.
Mirror on the wall says I am ugliest of all.
Without uttering a word it says it all.
It finds me beautiful only with you.
I am in agreement; are you?
With you lives my happiness.
Please send it to alleviate my loneliness.
But I am sure it won't.
I must say, it can't.
It cannot exist in your absence
My happiness thrives only in your presence.
