My Best Friend

This is a poem about my best friend who died in a car accident and how I wanted to die. RIP Amanda I loved you with my life.
Me and her are one of a kind.
We complete each other, were practically combined.
We share all of our secrets, and cover every lie.
Were best friends forever, until the day we die.
Then one day I got a call from her dad.
He said she got in a car accident and it was pretty bad.
He said she hit a tree and wasn’t alive.
He said she broke her neck and couldn’t survive.
I dropped the phone, and started to cry.
How could this happen, it had to be a lie!
With a broken heart, I swallowed some pills.
And took a drive, I was very ill.
Without my friend, I can’t survive.
I’ll take my last breath, and say goodbye.
