Motivational Games
Motivational games are a way to make the employees goal-oriented so that they get enough enthusiasm to work in the right direction. Here are some games designed to bring back the lost motivation of the employees.

Wizards, Goblins, and Giants
The sole aim behind this game is to energize and motivate the employees at work. These kinds of motivational games for employees would make them laugh a lot to forget all the stress and tensions. For this game, you don't need anything except for your presence. Make two teams with an equal number of participants facing each other. The teams have to choose one out of the three characters, namely; wizard - they need to stretch their hands out and say 'kaazzaamm' with wiggling fingers; giants - keep the hands in the air and hop all around with growling noise; and goblins - bend on the ground with waving hand and make a high pitch sound. According to the rules of the game, the wizards will beat the giants, giants will beat the goblins, and the goblins will beat the wizards. Both teams cannot choose the same character. An area is marked as a safe base for the players to return. As per the characters, the teams will be chasing the others and catch hold of them before they reach the base. This game might sound weird and strange, but I can assure you that you would love it, because by the end of the game, you will feel all energized and motivated.
Chinese Whispers
It is one of the funny games for groups to revitalize their energy and motivate them. When the employees are bored with the hectic work schedule and need some source of motivation, they can sit in a circle and play this game during small breaks. Let the first person start by whispering a confusing and funny phrase to the person sitting next to him. This phrase is passed on to the others in the very same manner until the last person. Then, the last person stands and announces what he has heard, and if it is not the original phrase, then a hunt for the culprit begins. The importance of communication skills and teamwork are emphasized here.
Talent Show
Every individual has some or the other talent within him or her. But due to the workload and hectic schedule, one tends to forget all that! So, giving them an opportunity to bring out that hidden talent and rejuvenate themselves would definitely motivate them. Organizing talent show competitions is a great way to motivate the employees in an organization. A complete day should be dedicated for their enjoyment. The game should be judged and the winners should be rewarded appropriately.
Obstacle Course
Divide the players into two teams. The teams are required to cross the obstacle in the minimum time, but all the team members, except one, have to be blindfolded. One team can play at a time. All the blindfolded participants are left in the obstacle area and the one person outside will instruct them to cross it in minimum time. The team completing the game in lesser time will be the winner.
So, these are some good games that can be adopted by the management for the well-being of their employees. Likewise, many office games for employees can be designed according to the type of motivation required. Many team building games and confidence building games can also be a source of motivation for the employees.
