It has been rumored that several rich men like Bill Gates have owned the villa at one point or the other.

The front of the villa estate has been landscaped exquisitely with trees that are lined throughout the boundary walls. Beige and pink stairs lead up to the villa. The villa has 18 bedrooms, gargantuan bathrooms, fireplaces, exquisite antique furnishings and terraces.
