I don't blame you, as I had reacted the same way when I had got this text message from my friend. Could not make a head or tail out of it. Trying to decode this message, I felt like I was Robert Langdon from Dan Brown's series. Finally, I could not take it anymore and called up the sender and asked her to solve the problem that she had sent me. The decoded version was "Out of the office. Call me. Miss you like crazy". Phew! Why not just type the entire thing and that will at least help the reader to understand what the person is trying to communicate.
