Moon & Sun - Chapter 3
This story will show how Ronny reacts to the last thing daemon told her in the last chapter. Please comment I like to know what people think about the stories and don't be afraid to give some advice there's always room to improve.
Ronnie's pov:
I woke up in the room again but this time I wasn't alone. Daemon was sitting on a chair with his face buried into his hands. I guess he could feel me staring because he looked up meeting my eyes. I was scared but I figured if he wanted to hurt me he would have by now. He smiled at me and said "morning." I smiled back I couldn't help it, it was just natural. He waited a few seconds just looking at me then asked if I were hungry. I nodded yes. He got up and stretched then offered me his hand. I thought for a few seconds then accepted his out stretched hand. He lead me down three hallways before finally going through a door. It led to a huge kitchen with marble counters, the cupboards were all wood and everything else was stainless steel.
The only thing I didn't see was a fridge. As if he read my mind he walked over to what look like a cupboard but when he opened it the inside was a fridge. I smiled at all the food. Daemon ended up making me eggs, bacon, toast and hash browns. It tasted amazing. Then a thought hit me. I looked at him and asked " you're a vampire, what's with all the food?" He chuckled to himself and replied " I still eat human food I just need blood about once every week and when I drink blood its either given willingly or its animal blood." I was puzzled. "If you can drink animal blood like Twilight then how come you still drink human?" He sighed and answered "I don't know why but human blood makes vampires stronger than animal blood does. The strongest blood is witch blood though." I had to sit down. Vampires are real, witches are real what next werewolves or worst zombies!
Daemon's pov:
She was taking it better than she did yesterday at least this time she didn't faint. I already know what her next question is thought. " Witches are real?" I knew that's what she would ask I smirked and replied "everyone but vampires can be a witch it's just you need to wake the magic in your blood and not many people know how to trigger it and sometimes people are born with it awake. Which is what happened in your case." She turned ghost white. I prayed she didn't faint again. I kept on explaining "Nyx is the mother of all witches she holds the sign of the sun. She chooses when to awaken the magic. Erebus her brother is the father of all vampires his sign is the moon. He chooses whether to let a human rebirth into a vampire or to die. On rare occasions they work together creating a child of the moon and sun.
These children are called shadow children for they live in the dark and the light." She looked at him in wonder and slowly asked why are you telling me all this?" He thought for a few minutes then sighed and began answering her question." Well just don't faint this time.. you're a shadow child you have your witches power and if you chose to you could become a vampire too. You wouldn't loose your magic it would get stronger." She took slow deep breaths then said she wanted to go to bed now. I carried her to her room. She fell asleep right away. As I went to walk out the door a glimmer caught his eye on her hand a sun shined in gold. I secretly hoped that someday she had a silver moon on her hand to match his.
