Mommy (Part 2)
The other half of part one.
My father looked down at my and said as his voice trembled " Mommy is in a better place now." I saw the tears rolling down his face. At first it didn't hit home, but then I got it. She was really gone. By now the rain had stopped. But in my house you couldn't tell. My hole family was there crying. After everyone was there we left and went to where my mom was. We got there and me, my sister, and my dad went into the room first. There she was laying there. It look like she were just sleeping, but we all knew that was not the case. As we went closer I wanted to grab her and shake her till she woke up. I knew it was no good. The next few days were all just a blur to me. Then we had the funeral. I never knew so many people knew and loved my mom. I never did find my own special time to go in and say goodbye so mom if you can here me I want you to know that I love you and I hope your happy.
