Important Things to Note in the Above Samples

• The day and the month should always start with a capital letter.
• If the ceremony is at a holy place, then always include the term, 'request the honor of your presence'. If the ceremony is at a secular location, you can use other things.
• Most of the samples include long-handed numbers. There is no hard and fast rule to it, however keep in mind that 4:30 pm when written in words should either be 'four-thirty in the afternoon' and not four thirty. Likewise, years are spelled out without using '-' sign.

Also keep in mind that you put an R.S.V.P card along with it, mentioning the email address to respond to and the date by which the invitees are expected to reply to your invitation. An example for the same would be -
