Last month, the creative geeks were brainstorming over an interesting concept in the company’s meeting.

What things forces people to respond to an email, a phone call, an interactive campaign or any other tool that companies use to attract new customers in the marketplace?

Response:

"First of all the basic element that force anyone to respond is "Respect". It’s respect for intelligence, respect of other person’s time that he is embarking upon that process.

For me I know what I am doing, while calling people in the middle of the night, so I am the culprit , I am the one who’s intruding .

Obviously, I have to be respectful of of time and the task which I might have just interrupted at a wrong time .

For instance, there is a thing nothing worse then some one getting a sales call in the midst of a dinner by someone trying to sell you something and not understanding that your food is getting cold . In contrary to this, if I call someone who’s running out for an important meeting, instead of intruding, I would benignly excuse my self and let them know when I can call them later .

People respond promptly to that kind of respect, and when you do call back they remember that you were a 'gentlemen', says Mr Sunny Mathews, Communications Manager, Miracle Studios.
