Red Snapper Fillet With Fresh Mint Herbs
Ingredients:
- ½ cup mint, basil and cilantro, each properly stemmed and chopped
- 1 cup sliced garlic cloves
- 6 red snapper fillets of 1 pound each salt and pepper
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
Pasta With Fresh Mint Herbs
Ingredients:
- 1½ cup heavy cream
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 1 lb. angel hair pasta
- pinch of cayenne
- ½ tbsp. salt
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
- grated nutmeg 1 cup finely chopped fresh mint, basil and chives herbs.
Mint Pesto With Lemon Zest
Ingredients:
- ½ teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
- ¼ cup flat-leaf parsley leaves
- ¾ cup mint herbs
- Salt
- 2 thickly sliced scallions 2 medium garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
Mint Herbs with Agave
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup agave, or more to taste
- 2 cups water
- 1¼ cup fresh mint herbs
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Mint Herbs With Chicken Strips
Ingredients:
- 1 spring of finely chopped onion
- lemon juice (optional)
- 3 chicken fillets, stripped of all fat
- black pepper
- 2 to 3 tbsp. chopped fresh mint
- ¾ cup Greek natural yoghurt
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
