Mindy McCready Busted Again
Country singer Mindy McCready was arrested Wednesday at Nashville International Airport for violating her probation.

The troubled songstress violated her probation by getting arrested in Florida last Saturday and she did not tell her probation officer about the arrest. McCready was arrested after she flew into Nashville on Wednesday. She was booked at Williamson County Jail and is reportedly being held without bail. McCready faces up to three years in prison if she is found guilty of violating her probation and is due to appear in court on September 7.
She was arrested Saturday at her mother’s home in Fort Myers, Florida after her mother called the police and said she was drunk and causing a "disturbance." According to the police, when they arrived at the home McCready’s mother, Melody Inge, had a scratch on her face. McCready was holding her 15-month old son and smelled of alcohol. She reportedly told the officers that they "weren’t needed." McCready resisted arrest and after a deputy took her son, Xander, out her arms a female officer wrestled her to the ground to handcuff her. McCready was released that night on $1,000 bail and is set to appear in court on August 14.
McCready, best known for her hit song "Guys Do It All the Time," has been in and out of trouble with the law over the past few years. She was sentenced to three years probation, community service and ordered to pay a $4,000 fine after pleading guilty to using a fake prescription to purchase the drug OxyContin. McCready maintains that the drugs were not for her. Last year she was found not guilty of a DUI charge, but was charged with driving with a suspended license. In May 2006, McCready’s ex-boyfriend William Knight broke into her home and beat her up and choked her unconscious. He was arrested on attempted murder charges, but posted bail and was released. In July 2006, McCready reportedly attempted suicide. It just seems as if she can’t get her life together.
