Chocolate Fondue Condensed Milk Recipe
This recipe makes for a super delicious milk chocolate fondue. If the consistency of the fondue is very thick for your taste, you can add little more milk than mentioned in the recipe, but do not add water to it. Water will alter the taste and consistency of the fondue beyond repair.

Ingredients
  • Milk Chocolate (grated) 8 ounces
  • Sweetened Condensed Milk 1 can of 14 ounces
  • Milk 1/3 cup
Method
  • In a saucepan melt grated milk chocolate over low heat.
  • Once the chocolate melts, stir in condensed milk and milk into the chocolate.
  • Mix well, till all the ingredients are well mixed.
  • Heat the mixture, and as you do so, consistently stir the mixture.
  • If the consistency of the fondue has become very thick, now is the time to add extra milk to the fondue, but not more than ½ tablespoon at a time.
  • Once the desired consistency is achieved, transfer it to the fondue pot and place it over a burner.
Chocolate Fondue Evaporated Milk Recipe
Making milk chocolate fondue also makes delicious fondue. When you are using evaporated milk, you will have to check for the sugar content in the milk, else the fondue may end up very sweet. I always make use of unsweetened evaporated milk. To make this easy chocolate fondue recipe, we are going to use the crockpot, but it can easily also be made in a microwave as well.

Ingredients
  • Milk Chocolate Chips 24 ounces
  • Evaporated Milk 1¼ cup
  • Sugar ¼ cup
  • Vanilla Extract 2 teaspoons
  • Fruit Flavored Liqueur 1 teaspoon
Method
  • In the crockpot, place chocolate chips, evaporated milk and sugar and stir well.
  • Cover and cook on high for about 30 minutes.
  • Then add vanilla extract and fruit liqueur to the crockpot and stir well again.
  • Now let the fondue cook for 30 minutes on low and your fondue is ready.
To serve milk chocolate fondue use fondue forks, bamboo skewers or regular forks. Strawberries, bananas, cookies, pound cake, crackers, marshmallows, etc. can be used as dippers for the fondue. When you are serving with bananas or pound cake, etc., it is recommended, to make bite size pieces, so that they are easy to dip and bite into as compared to bigger pieces.
