One of the methods is to separate the yolk and the white and cook them in different bowls. Take two small bowls and grease them with oil or butter. Add the egg whites to one bowl and the yolk has to be placed in other bowl. Make sure to pierce the yolks with a fork. Cover the bowls with cling film, leaving a small hole on the top. Now, place the bowls in the microwave and cook the ingredients on medium power (50%) for around 1.5 to 2 minutes. Make sure to stir the contents occasionally. Remove the bowls from the microwave and let it stand for another two to three minutes for that perfect hard-boiled egg. It is also said that you can use microwave egg cooker for hard boiling eggs with the shells on.
