Michael Jackson's Doctor Denies Giving Him Drugs

Michael Jackson's dermatologist denied giving him the types of sedatives that investigators think may have contributed to his death.
As the Michael Jackson death investigation drags on, it's becoming clear that investigators are searching desperately for someone to blame for Jackson's unexpected death. Jackson was apparently under the care of numerous doctors at all times and had an array of caregivers available to him for various needs. Only a few of those doctors have spoken publicly about their relationship with Jackson and Dr. Arnold Klein is the most recent.

Klein was Michael's dermatologist and he has already spoken to investigators, explaining to them that he never gave Jackson propofol, the powerful sedative that is being looked at as a possible contributing factor in the singer's death. Klein noted that he doesn't even know how to administer that drug, so that would likely be an indicator that he wasn't involved in getting it to Jackson.

All of this speculation and investigation is occurring while the toxicology results from Jackson's autopsy are still pending. Investigators have said that it may take a few weeks before those results are in and have listed Jackson's cause of death as pending.

The legal battles will play out in courtrooms over the next several months and years, with custody of Jackson's children and his complex assets likely to be fought over. Jackson's will leaves his children in the custody of his mother and leaves two former business associates as the executors of his will and estate.
