Melting Chocolate Cake Recipe
Ingredients
- Dark chocolate, 6 ounces
- Flour, sifted, 1½ ounces

Ingredients
- All-purpose flour, ⅓ cup
- Unsalted butter, room temperature, 4 tablespoons
- Bittersweet chocolate, melted, 8 ounces
- Large eggs, 3
- Salt, ¼ teaspoon
- Confectioner's sugar, for dusting
- Granulated sugar, ⅓ cup
- Whipped cream
In a medium-sized bowl, beat butter and sugar together with the help of an electric mixer till it becomes light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, beating thoroughly after every addition. Add flour and salt into the bowl and mix by keeping the mixer on a low speed. When all the ingredients are completely blended, pour the melted chocolate and stir. The next step will be to grease the baking cups with butter generously and then add granulated sugar over them. - Eggs, 2
In a microwave friendly dish, place butter, chocolate chips and milk chocolate chips together.
