Megan Fox No Longer the Hottest Woman in the World
Megan Fox, bisexual and loving it, is no longer Maxim’s hottest woman – the honor now goes to Olivia Wilde of television’s "House," but some of the other choices on the list are just plain confusing.
Obviously, it’s all relative. But Megan Fox, once dubbed the most beautiful woman in the world in Maxim’s "Hot 100" is not longer the winner of that prestigious award. No, the new honor goes to Olivia Wilde, of "House" fame. Oddly, Maxim editors ran out of beautiful women at around number 92 and decided that being above average looking and the wife of the president of the United States was good enough to get on the list, so Michelle Obama took position number 93. We’re not sure who rounded out the list (does it matter?), but we can’t help but wonder if Megan Fox is pissed about the dethroning.
A bevy of beauties rounded out the top 10 behind Wilde and Fox, with "witty" commentary from Maxim editors to go along with each. Of Wilde, Maxim’s wordsmiths noted, "We may not know a McDreamy from a McNugget, but when it comes to TV doctors, there is only one who makes our body temperature rise. We were drooling over the NYC native long before she was injected into Fox’s hit medical drama."
Numbers 3 through 10 on the Maxim list, in order, include Bar Refaeli, Malin Akerman, Mila Kunis, Eliza Dushku, Adriana Lima, Rihanna (huh?), Jordana Brewster and Jennifer Love Hewitt. To which we respond, no Halle Berry? No Penelope Cruz? An outrage. Beauty, however, is truly in the eye of the beer holder, so we’ll not judge those crazy mavericks over at Maxim too harshly. Still, it would have been nice to see Eva Mendes (#24) beat out Britney Spears (#17). It’s not, after all, 1999. Oh, and Marisa Tomei was one of the women BEHIND Obama on the list...hmmm...Tomei or Obama, Obama or Tomei...seemed like such an easy choice that even the guys at Maxim couldn’t mess it up. Guess they got bored (or drunk) after the top 50.
