- 1 (12 ounce) jar orange marmalade

- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
In a bowl, combine milk and eggs. After 5 minutes, add salt and onion. Crumble ham and pork over the mixture and combine it well. Put the mixture into a greased baking dish. Bake it at 175 degree Celsius for around 30 minutes and then drain. Again bake it for more 30 minutes. Mix the vinegar, marmalade, cloves, cinnamon and mustard. Spread this mixture over the ham loaf.
