'Cold' is Gold

These consist of salami, turkey ham, bologna and cheese. There would be the need of adding just lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, mustard and mayonnaise to spruce them up. Stir Fry Dishes
One really healthy meal for college students, is a stir fry dish. Have a few vegetables added to the skillet wok letting it heat up. Add some cooked chicken, sauces, cornstarch and chicken stock and you are done! The stir fry has to be cooked though, till the sauce gets thick. Eat like that or have it rice or noodles! Yum!

One not-so-savoury meal idea for college students is to have leftovers! Yes, leftovers are very important when you are on a tight budget. Further it helps in meal planning and decide the 'course' of action. Having what you made last night again for breakfast is a very useful and time saving meal idea. But yes, the leftovers should not be too stale! It would not be good for your health.
